our approach to pricing

True to our name, we work on a project basis.  We can provide individual modular services, tailored to meet your your specific requirements on a one-off, ad-hoc/ as required or ongoing basis to deliver your objectives.

We use simple pricing methodologies without the heady overheads some other companies add on.

Option 1 – we FIX prices

A fixed price per service module is agreed based on the complexity of your company.

We will set out key milestones for delivery as we are engaged.

If you pre buy a number of the service modules, for example pre buying 3 tender service modules, or 3 different service modules. This will reduce the unit cost of each of the modular services pre bought. 

Option 2 – we use DEFINED DAYS

We define key deliverables and a number of days are pre-bought to suport the delivery of the project. You can continue to buy packages of days to bsupport s programme of work. You can use any pre-bought days or hours for ongoing managed services if required.

A fixed number of days is agreed. We will deliver services to your company. We will provide a report showing the number of days used and what has been delivered.

We will set out key milestones for delivery as we are engaged.

If you pre buy a number of days, for example pre buying >30 days. This will reduce the unit cost of the day rate pre bought. 

Option 3 – we use a SUBSCRIPTION methodology 

We define the key deliverables, service modules required or a tailored managed solution and you pay a monthly subscription for the deliverables, service module(s) or managed solution.

We will set out key milestones for delivery over the subscription period. There are varying terms for a subscription, starting at 1 months commitment . . . 

The more you buy the more cost effective our services become, not only in cost to your company, but in the benefits gleaned by cross fertilisation of information across the services provided. 

Option 4 – open to discussion . . .  

You are the customer and we are keen to ensure you get the best bang for your buck . . . we are happy to discuss different pricing options for your company and will do our best to support your objectives!
